- 1 beetroot scrubbed and chopped
- 1 cucumber chopped
- 1 cup silverbeet chopped
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 2 cm knob of ginger fresh
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender
- Blitz on high until smooth – Yes it's that easy!
